There are two exceptions however, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) are required to use CellTrak as their EVV Vendor, and the Anthem MCO contracted with Tellus as their EVV vendor and Cures Act Compliant EVV vendors must send their data through the Tellus aggregator for that payor.
