This will continue until integrated with the Sandata specification to the aggregator which was published in late August ’21. No timeline for EVV Aggregator Go Live has been published. In the interim, KanTime EVV Cures Act compliant and a viable option for Missouri agencies. KanTime is reviewing the spec and will consider integration in support of Missouri customers that may require it. You may continue using KanTime software solutions to manage your agency in Missouri.

KanTime Home Healthcare EMR is integrated with Vesta EVV, however we are not integrated with Authenticare EVV as no customers have requested it. Texas has started taking applications for third party vendors to possibly participate but this program is just getting started. Utah has chosen an interim Open EVV Model without requiring integration with an Aggregator. Agencies can use Cures Act Compliant EVV Vendors like KanTime and be subject to periodic State Audit of EVV data collection through submission of a formatted export to the State. KanTime has generated this export within the specified format for Utah and it is in use with KanTime agency customers.

Virginia has chosen an Open/Hybrid EVV model that is a unique approach over other States. Cures Act Compliant EVV vendors like KanTime add the EVV data to unused fields on the 837 EDI claim for services, so there is no aggregator required.

There are two exceptions however, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) are required to use CellTrak as their EVV Vendor, and the Anthem MCO contracted with Tellus as their EVV vendor and Cures Act Compliant EVV vendors must send their data through the Tellus aggregator for that payor. KanTime is fully integrated with Tellus for Virginia and has configured its EDI submissions to meet Virginia requirments. KanTime EVV is in use by our agency customers in Virginia witht he exception of CDS services. You may continue using KanTime software solutions to manage your agency in Virginia.

Washington has procured the Time4Care EVV app for Agencies to use if they choose.  Agencies can also choose to use Cures Act Compliant EVV Vendors like KanTime. Regardless of system used, Agencies are subject to periodic State Audit of EVV data collection through submission of EVV data to the State in an as yet undefined format. Provider ONE will be the Washington State Aggregator, and eventually will require data submission to that system. No specification has yet been published and the timeline is defined as “”at some point in 2021″”. KanTime EVV is Cures Act compliant and is in use with KanTime agency customers.

California has chosen to implement different EVV models across its various Medi-CAL Departments. CDSS has implemented the Closed EVV model with an in-house state-provided solution. Agencies providing CDS services that require EVV must use the California System. You may continue using KanTime software solutions to manage your CDS agency in California.

For California’s other Medi-CAL departments, DHCS and DDS, California has implemented an Open/Hybrid model and has selected Sandata EVV as the state-provided system, referred to as CalEVV, and as the builder for the aggregator to support that system. KanTime EVV is fully integrated with the California/Sandata’s Aggregator and our EVV is in use by KanTime customers.
