Dallas, TX, May 8, 2023: KanTime, a leading post-acute EHR software provider, announced the availability of their joint project for pre-claim review automation built and deployed by its preferred partner Element5. The extended functionality will enable KanTime customers participating in the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) to automate the pre-claim review (PCR) process using Element5’s fully managed workflow automation solution.

Since its roll-out in 2019, Home Health Agencies across five states in the US have faced regulatory challenges and compliance difficulties in keeping up with the demonstration. Automation has enabled post-acute care providers to simplify the pre-claim review process. Customers will be able to automate the pre-claim review process between Kantime and the clearing house, eliminating the need for hours of  repetitive, rule-based work.
