About Visiting Aid:
Visiting Aid, LLC is a registered Medicaid Service Bureau and an approved Verification Organization (VO) in New York State. The company provides a cloud based data store for community-based homecare providers to process electronic means of verified services for pre-claim review. This includes but is not limited to contemporaneous telephony verification or contemporaneous electronic data to verify whether a service or item was provided to an eligible Medicaid recipient. The company also offers in house practice management solutions for homecare providers to facilitate daily operations, electronic visit verification (EVV) solutions and integrated institutional billing.
