Home Health & Hospice Regulatory Educator/Expert

Summary

The Home Health & Hospice Regulatory Educator will be responsible for helping the Sales & Marketing team educate prospects on industry updates, regulation changes, and overall trends. Day to day functions of the Home Health & Hospice Regulatory Educator will heavily involve research, writing, conducting webinars, and working closely with Marketing and Design to produce publish-ready material.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research, review, and write blog posts, informational sheets, case studies, and white papers on industry related topics
  • Conduct periodic webinars to educate clients and prospects on regulatory changes
  • Attend state and national home health, hospice, pediatrics, and private duty/home care trade shows to be abreast of current industry trends
  • Coordinate and participate with B2B partners on joint informational sessions, co-sponsored marketing collateral, and webinars
  • Work with third party design firms to develop ready-to-publish content for print, web, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with Operations team to understand how KanTime addresses common concerns for its clients, industry updates, etc. and then translate those into benefits for prospects
  • Assist prospects and clients with technical questions, and support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a home health, hospice, pediatric, or private duty agency
  • Has prior experience in the administrative responsibilities of a home health or hospice agency
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent at managing spreadsheets
  • Adept at working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pre-existing knowledge of an EMR is preferred – added bonus if KanTime
