In the early 2000s, CEO Sundar Kannan realized a major gap in the home health industry. After ongoing visits with his business partner’s ailing mother, he struggled to stand by as she complained about caregivers never showing up on time or never having the right skillset to meet her needs. He thought of how he could apply his existing technology, now known as KanTime Telephony, to help with scheduling and streamlining the agency process. From here, KanTime grew into a full-fledged home care product by 2010. With KanTime, agencies no longer had to substitute efficiency for quality care. Today, KanTime’s intuitive, web-based system allows agencies to streamline the way they do business by supporting compliance and growth all while keeping patient care top of mind.
